Directions:
Day 1 through 5‚ as a dietary supplement‚ take 1 capsule per day 30 minutes before workout. After day 5‚ as a dietary supplement‚ take one to two capsules 30 minutes before your workout or any activity that requires extreme energy and high mental concentration. Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period.

NRGX2 Proprietary Formula: NRGX2 - Proprietary Matrix of L-Phenylalanine‚ L-Tyrosine‚ Thiamine Di(2-Methylpropionate) Disulfide Butyrate and Caffeine Anhydrous. Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate‚ Maltodextrin‚ Gelatin‚ and Silica.

This product contains caffeine and should not be taken by anyone wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet. Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine.
