Real gains also provides healthy fats from MCTs and EFAs and inulin for fiber in a single‚ nutrient dense galss. With more than 600 clean calories per serving‚ Real Gains is loaded with the precise nutrients you need to add lean mass fast. Whey-Micellar Casein Protein Matrix; 26 Key Nutrients; 600+ Calories Per Serving; Rich in EFAs.

Directions:
Use one serving between meals and at bedtime. May also be used to replace one meal per day. This formula is nutrient dense and concentrated‚ and due to its potency you may want to consider using 1/2 serving two or three times per day. For best results‚ use a blender or Universal Mix boy with 12 to 16 oz of liquid.
